This position independently reviews, manages, and maintains an in-depth knowledge of assigned system applications, related departmental policies, procedures, and business operations, staffing and scheduling principles, collective bargaining agreements. The Staffing and Scheduling Associate collaborates with and advises executives, directors, department staff, and management in ongoing analysis and design of scheduling practices resulting in optimized use, training and support processes within the clinical units.
