Business Analyst - Audit Domain

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst - Audit Domain for a Contract role in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in audit processes, enterprise audit planning platforms (such as MetricStream M7, AuditBoard, or TeamMate), and risk management methodologies. This position will support the development and implementation of a new Audit Planning Application and requires strong analytical and documentation expertise. Rate Range: $37/hour to $46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Business Analyst - Audit Domain job responsibilities include: Collaborating with audit leadership, risk management, and technology teams to gather and document business requirements for an Audit Planning Application Analyzing current audit workflows and riskassessment methodologies to identify automation opportunities Supporting the design of automated risk assessments, data integrations, and audit prioritization logic Developing documentation including BRDs, functional specs, process flows, and user interface mockups Assisting with implementation of audit management tools and supporting integration with enterprise systems Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within audit, financial services, or risk management Handson experience with audit planning platforms (MetricStream M7, AuditBoard, TeamMate, etc.) Strong understanding of audit cycles, riskbased audit methodologies, and internal audit standards (IIA, COSO) Experience with data integration concepts, APIs, ETL, and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and strong SQL/data analysis skills Preferred: certifications such as CBAP, CIA, CISA, or CRMA; prior consulting experience; or exposure to machinelearningbased risk modeling If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
