Job description Visual and Electrical Inspector Full-Time | 1st Shift Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Visual and Electrical Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing visual and electrical inspections on in-process and final electronic assemblies to ensure products meet all quality, safety, and documentation requirements. This position plays a key role in supporting production schedules while maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Perform visual and electrical inspections on electronic assemblies to ensure product quality • Use a variety of test equipment, including IR meters, LCR meters, Hi-Pot testers, and DCR meters • Verify compliance with all product drawings, specifications, and process documentation • Accurately record test data, inspection results, and rework activities • Assist with Captor First Article Reports • Collaborate with build teams to resolve workmanship issues • Work with Production Support to address material or process concerns • Maintain proper safety practices and housekeeping standards • Communicate effectively with manufacturing and support teams • Notify supervision of performance or quality issues • Participate in cross-training, continuous improvement, and cross-functional teams • Support accurate process data collection and feedback efforts Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of electronic assembly experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret product drawings and technical documentation • Comfortable communicating information to individuals and groups • Ability to successfully pass J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC-A-620 training courses We offer a competitive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and bonus program.
