Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialized tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime for clients. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members on large-scale projects and installations. Document maintenance and repair work through daily logs, service reports, and project notes. Identify and report potential maintenance risks, providing recommendations for preventive solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations at all times.
