Responsibilities Full project lifecycle ownership from design to deployment. Work within a new DevOps pipeline using Gearset. Manage and run multiple deployment pipelines. Lead Salesforce development initiatives with high autonomy. Technical Environment & Requirements Core Salesforce Skills: Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex, configuration, and platform development CSS and UI customization Experience with complex Salesforce integrations Platform & Integrations: AWS experience is a plus Integrations between Salesforce Cloud, LMS, and KPI reporting Pulling and transforming data between systems DevOps: Gearset deployment pipelines Understanding of CI/CD and release management best practices
