About Us: Join our team as a Safety & Health Behavioral-Based Specialist in Shenandoah Valley. We're seeking professionals with Process Safety Management (PSM) expertise and a strong focus on Behavior-Based Safety to drive EHS excellence while connecting with employees on the plant floor at our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: Ensure safety and environmental compliance. Lead EHS inspections and audits. Develop policies and programs aligned with regulations. Coach plant personnel on EHS practices. Analyze EHS metrics, manage data collection. Administer EHS data systems. Maintain government permit records. Lead energy conservation and improvement projects. Chair safety committee. Mentor behavior-based safety observations. Contribute to emergency response planning. Participate in job safety analysis. Deliver EHS training. Oversee EHS record-keeping. Report Workers Compensation claims. Collaborate on light-duty opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. 3-5 years manufacturing EHS experience (5+ years overall). Strong manufacturing safety background. Proven injury reduction and EHS culture enhancement. Knowledge of federal and state safety and environmental laws. Effective communication skills. Proficient in multitasking.
