Job Description Job post summary Pay: From $15.50 per hour Job description: Inspector Location:, Antoich Tennessee Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Job Overview We're hiring Inspectors to join a busy manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before they leave the production line. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where reliability, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety are essential. Key Responsibilities Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy. Document inspection results and report any defects or issues to a supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and quality control standards. Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and support continuous improvement. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required. Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection is a plus but not required. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Safety toe shoes Safety glasses High-visibility vest Ear plugs Dress Code Jeans in good condition (no rips, tears, or holes) that fit properly at the waist. Plain T-shirt tucked in (non-offensive graphics allowed, no logos or branded wear). No shorts, leggings, or athletic wear permitted. Long hair must be tied back and secured. Remove all facial jewelry prior to reporting to work. Additional Details Overtime and weekend work may be required. Upon arrival, call the supervisor from the parking lot and park near shipping and receiving. Supervisor will provide building access upon arrival.
