Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic Benefits: Weekly pay Opportunities for advancement $100 referral bonuses Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plant equipment, machinery, and building systems Assist senior and lead mechanics with complex repairs Complete preventative maintenance tasks and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment reliability Accurately document labor hours, materials used, and completed work orders Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision Maintain quality workmanship while meeting productivity standards Adhere to all safety policies and industry regulations Serve as a Hazmat Operations Level Responder as required Collaborate with the maintenance team to support overall plant operations Perform additional duties as assigned Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 1 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience required Chemical manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions Effective verbal and written communication skills Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing stairs Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
