C# Developer

An employer is looking for a C# developer to join the team. In this role you'll spend your first several months deeply learning the plant's operations by shadowing the current developer and understanding how the custom .NET/C# application supports realworld manufacturing workflows. You'll work handson in the codebase to grasp system architecture, support the ongoing rollout of the application from one plant site, and troubleshoot issues as the system is tested, refined, and prepared for full deployment. As you grow into the environment, you'll enhance and maintain the plant's custom software, resolve productionlevel challenges, and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and end u to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions. Throughout the process, you'll partner with the existing developer to learn the full lifecycle of the system and contribute within an Agile framework as new features and improvements are introduced.
