Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 Engagement Type: Contract Duration: 09/01/2025 - 08/31/2026 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Interview Type: Phone and In-person Work Authorization: Must currently live in North Carolina To support this initiative, they are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst (Technical Specialist - Junior) to work collaboratively with leadership, staff, and IT teams to analyze current operations and redesign them for increased efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability.
