We are seeking a skilled Hand Soldering Associate to assemble and repair electronic components using hand soldering techniques. You'll work from schematics and specifications while maintaining high workmanship standards and supporting overall production goals. Shift Starts. You Take Over. This is what it takes to work for us. Minimum one (1) year of hand soldering experience required Ability to produce consistent, high-quality solder connections Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams Ability to work in a production or manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Why This Job?
