Job Title: Senior SAP P2P Functional AnalystLocation: Atlanta, GA Experience: 8-10 Years Employment Type: Contract Work Mode:OnisteJob Summary We are seeking a Seasoned SAP P2P Functional Analyst to lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream for a strategic Finance Tax Engine Replacement initiative. This role is critical in delivering a compliant, scalable, and efficient tax solution through tight integration between SAP and Vertex Tax Engine. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP tax configuration, procurement processes, and cross-functional system integrations, with hands-on experience across ECC and S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream for a Finance Tax Engine Replacement program. Drive end-to-end SAP-Vertex Tax Engine integration, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Configure and support SAP tax determination, procurement, and invoice processing. Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. Analyze SAP data structures and integration points across systems. Support and integrate SAP Ariba within the P2P and tax framework. Participate in system design, testing, and deployment activities. Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Support SAP ECC implementation and administration activities as required. Contribute to archiving strategies and data lifecycle management. Work on SAP Transportation Management (TM) and related security role requirements where applicable. Support SAP Security design, role building, and access control during project implementations. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Strong experience in SAP tax configuration. Vertex Tax Engine expertise (mandatory). Solid understanding of SAP data structures and integration points. Experience working with SAP ECC environments. Strong functional analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills Experience with SAP Ariba. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA. Experience with SAP archiving solutions. Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM). Experience in SAP Security design and role building. Background in large-scale SAP project implementations. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead complex workstreams independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments.
