Restoration/Mitigation Lead Technician

Restoration/Mitigation Lead Technician PuroClean Emergency Restoration, a rapidly growing full service restoration company, seeks experienced restoration technicians to join our team in Linthicum Heights, MD. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4-5pm with a mandatory on call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees after a 90-day trial period. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; • Mitigation of water, fire, mold, biohazard in homes and commercial buildings • Business Process adherence and SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance • Projection documentation and photographing throughout mitigation process • Demolition • Cleaning • Contents cleaning and pack out • Possibly some light construction Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the restoration mitigation industry • IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, advanced structural drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation, Carpet Cleaning. • Committed to being "World Class" • Energetic, reliable and positive team member who is willing to learn new skills and have a "can do" attitude • Strong customer service skills.
