JOB SUMMARY The Substitute Behavior Technician (BT) provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis to assigned student(s) in the classroom setting. The BT will collect data, implement the behavior plan, and other duties in coordination with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). SALARY $39.81 Salary is based upon the current ESP Collective Bargaining Agreement. Rate of pay will be in accordance with the current ESP salary schedule (Level II). FLSA Non-Exempt. WORK YEAR/HOURS Work hours will vary based on the assignment. Assignments are chosen by the substitute through our absence management system. BENEFITS Substitutes become benefit eligible after subbing for 630 hours during the school year. Your coverage would go from the first of the month after reaching the 630 hours though 8/31. After reaching 630 hours for two school years in a row, your coverage would be continuous for the following school year. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Click "Login and Apply" to start your application.
