About the job Construction Scheduler (CPM) Links Recruiting has been engaged by an Albany, NY based Construction GC to conduct a search for a Construction Scheduler. This role will support complex projects by building and maintaining schedules, coordinating with project teams, and helping ensure on-time delivery. This is a newly created role due to growth and increased project complexity. What You'll Do Develop and update project schedules (baseline, updates, short-term look-aheads). Collaborate with project managers and field teams on milestones and sequencing. Provide reporting on critical path, risks, and progress. Support schedule-related documentation for claims and change management. What You Bring Experience in construction scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Project (Primavera P6 a plus). Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and ability to read drawings/specs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
