LHH is partnering with a rapidly growing organization near Roswell, GA to hire a Commercial Collections Clerk! Key Responsibilities The Commercial Collections Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining healthy customer accounts and reducing delinquency. Responsibilities include: Managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances Initiating outbound collection efforts using modern tools, systems, and communication strategies Negotiating payment arrangements and resolving pastdue issues professionally and efficiently Reviewing credit reports, financial data, and payment history to assist in determining creditworthiness Providing recommendations for credit approvals within company policies and risk tolerance Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and maintain accurate records Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customerfocused approach 1-2 years of experience in collections, credit, accounts receivable, or a related field Solid technical aptitude; proficiency in Excel required Experience with WebEx or similar virtual platforms is a plus Ability to stay organized, prioritize account workloads, and manage deadlines effectively Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
