Job Highlights • Pay: $24.00 per hour (starting pay; based on experience) • Schedule: Monday-Friday • Shift: 2nd Shift • Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire • Weekly Pay • Clean, organized, process-driven manufacturing environment • Structured training and clear quality procedures What You'll Be Doing • Inspect electrical components and assemblies during and after production to verify quality and compliance • Review and verify inspection paperwork, QC forms, and production documentation for accuracy and completeness • Use digital multimeters, measuring tools (including metric tape measures), and basic hand tools to perform checks • Identify, document, and report non-conforming material, defects, or workmanship issues • Communicate inspection results clearly with production leads and quality teams • Support corrective actions by providing detailed notes, measurements, and findings • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area aligned with 5S/6S standards • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures; report safety concerns immediately Requirements • 1-3 years of quality control/inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (electrical preferred) • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and basic mechanical drawings • Hands-on experience using multimeters and precision measuring tools • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation habits • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on inspection tasks Why LINK Staffing LINK Staffing connects reliable people with long-term opportunities in light industrial, manufacturing, and skilled trades.
