Job DescriptionSales Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join a dynamic team. This is an onsite role, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, hold a 220 license, and possess exceptional leadership and strategic management skills. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance and professional development. Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards in all sales interactions. Qualifications/Requirements Active 220 insurance license is required. Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of the industry. Demonstrated success in a management role, preferably in a high-volume call center environment. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and implement data-driven strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
