Residential Service Technician

Establish customer rapport, presenting the right products and services. Ask proper questions to troubleshoot system malfunctions. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Explain replacement opportunities and create referral opportunities to our retail team. Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals. Be professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and stellar reviews. Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure success of the team. Maintain a clean, organized job site and correctly inventoried truck. Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings. Requirements Working mechanical knowledge and open to being certified through our internal training program. Clean, safe driving record. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Advanced social skills and ability to make connections. Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today. Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
