PAINTER / SMALL BODY COSMETIC REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Pay $50,000 + (based on experience)Job Overview - How You'll Contribute: The Omaha Recon Center (ORC), part of the H+H Group, is growing our Team! We are adding a Painter/ Small Body Cosmetic Repair Technician (Appearance Technician). We have a BRAND-NEW, State-of-the-Art Facility in the Steel Ridge Auto Mall! We are looking to add a Flag Hour, Appearance Technician who will both repair and paint/blend small cosmetic, non-collision body damages (such as scraped or cracked bumpers, trim, mirrors etc.) to our reconditioning standards. You will need a quality mindset, and desire to work with a fast-paced team of outstanding Appearance Technicians! Pay $50,000+ (based on experience). Three high-volume brands feeding one 17,000sq ft. State-of-Art Facility. Repair and paint/blend small cosmetic non collision body damages such as scraped/cracked bumpers, trim, mirrors, side skirts, etc. Wet sand and buff/polish. Repair and repaint damaged wheels. Touch up small cosmetic damages/blemishes with touch up paint. Complete other miscellaneous cosmetic jobs. Perform work as safely and efficiently as possible. Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful: Similar experience required. The ability to read, comprehend information, and perform calculations via paint mixing software. The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer. Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position. Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely. Lift/move items up to 100 lbs. Operate motor vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions. Operate necessary equipment, both manual, and power driven in a safe manner.
