We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by delivering innovative access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection solutions to commercial clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and engineering solutions to closing deals and ensuring a seamless project handoff. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, estimating, and project management teams while serving as a trusted advisor to customers. Senior Account Executive - What You’ll Do Own the full lifecycle sales process - prospecting, discovery, estimating, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Conduct needs assessments and design security solutions that align with client goals and budgets. Manage estimating timelines, bid packages, and proposal submissions. Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to drive repeat business and referrals. In collaboration with Sales Manager and Project Manager read blueprints, complete quantity take-offs, and build accurate bills of materials. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and delivered on time. Track and forecast opportunities while maintaining organized documentation. Stay current with emerging trends in access control, video surveillance, intrusion systems, and integrated security technology. Attend pre-bid meetings and manage RFIs, addendums, and proposal revisions as needed. Ensure smooth project handoffs to operations teams after contract award. Senior Account Executive - What You Bring 5+ years of experience in electronic security, low-voltage systems, or a related enterprise sales environment. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, university, or technical program. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex projects. Experience reading construction drawings and preparing estimates or bids. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Excel, and design tools such as CAD or Visio.
