Physician led non-profit Health System seeks an ENT - Otolaryngologist in San Antonio Texas Contact: 843 494 1253 Job Details: Current Setup: Solo practice, 1 physician , 1 audiologist, 1 MA, 2 front office staff Why the Role is Open: The current volume supports bringing on another physician Call is informal, shared with 3 other private/solo practices so it is 1:4. Group is flexible and switch when needed for holidays etc. No trauma or ER call (minimal to no ER visits, Special Focus Areas Seen: Pediatrics, Sinus, Thyroid, Parotid, Submandibular Referral Base: Strong, well-established relationships with local PCPs and pediatricians Pediatric Volume: 30-40% of the workload Tonsillectomies: ~100-150 per year Outpatient Procedure Volume: 95% of cases Dr. used to do procedures in office but does not now due to regulations post COVID.
