Account Executive Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience) We're seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term client relationships within a designated territory. Reporting directly to a District Sales Manager, this role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and overall profitability. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both independent and chain accounts. Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends. Analyze customer accounts to uncover growth opportunities and optimize product offerings. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues quickly. Provide market insights, customer feedback, and product opportunities to leadership. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities. Support marketing plans and sales promotions to maximize impact. Mentor and assist in onboarding new sales team members as needed. Qualifications Proven track record of success in sales, with consistent achievement of targets. Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with presentation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Highly organized, with strong time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 100%). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with a variety of sales techniques and strategies.
