Oversee insurance contracting and credentialing processes. Lead, train, and support a high-performing billing team. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong payor relationships. Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with clinical and administrative teams to enhance efficiency and performance. What You Bring: Proven experience in revenue cycle management. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with medical billing software, CPT, and ICD-10. Solid understanding of insurance regulations, contracting, and compliance. Experience with Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), Chiropractic services, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is highly preferred.
