As an Auto Glass & ADAS Calibration Technician, you’ll perform OEM glass replacement, repair, and full ADAS calibrations, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer safety and performance standards. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and deliver the highest level of workmanship expected from a luxury dealership.Requirements: Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, and mouldings with precision and carePerform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations using Jaguar Land Rover–approved equipment and proceduresDiagnose and correct calibration issues, camera/radar alignment concerns, and sensor faultsUse factory-level tools and software to complete calibrations and document resultsStay up-to-date with ADAS advancements, OEM repair protocols, and relevant technical service bulletinsCommunicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairsMaintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standardProtect customer vehicles at all times with proper covers, tape, tools, and OE-approved materialAdhere to dealership policies, warranty guidelines, and documentation requirements _ Qualifications:_2+ years of professional auto glass installation experience (dealership or high-end shop preferred)Experience performing ADAS calibrations (static and dynamic required)Strong knowledge of windshield R/R, trim removal, urethane systems, and glass-setting techniquesFamiliarity with OEM repair procedures; JLR experience is a plusAbility to work with factory calibration tools and software platformsExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain repair steps when neededHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBenefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid holidays & paid time offVision insuranceEarn vacation hours after 90 daysAggressive Employee Referral Program
