Help us brighten lives for area patients by providing a positive, rewarding experience for donors at Vitalant’s one-day Mobile Blood Drives. Responsibilities may include: Welcome and check-in donors Explain the donation process and answer any non-medical/eligibility questions Manage donor flow when needed Provide courteous communication and assistance to donors and staff Assist with set up and help maintain cleanliness in Reception and Refreshment areas Provide refreshments to donors Report any possible adverse post-donation reactions to staff
