CW IT Support, IncAdministrative Assistant|---|---JOB TITLE:|Administrative Assistant| |JOB CATEGORY:|HR/Accounting Dept||||Department/Group:|HR/Accounting| |Job code/Req#:|MC-1234||||Location:|Hybrid/Wilmington| |Travel required:|Occasional||||Level/Salary range:|42,000-45,000 annually| |Position type:|Full-time||||HR contact:|HR Manager| |Date posted:|3/31/2024||||Will train applicant:|Yes| |Posting expires:|||||JOB DESCRIPTION|Role and ResponsibilitiesComputer Warriors and CW IT Support Perform monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly account reconciliations and reports as needed.Handling bank deposits, organizing and directing postBookkeeping duties, i.e. verifying and posting transactions, aging AR, bank reconciliationsAssist in processing payrollOrganizing/maintaining electronic and paper files/recordsHR onboarding administrative duties, i.e. I-9, background, drug screening processing CW IT Support Entity only Act as the point of contact for vendor and customers regarding billing concerns only, Answer and direct phone calls, write and distribute emails for accounting and HR only.Assist in collection of past due invoices, taking payments over the phone.Handle requests and queries from managers. |Qualifications and Education Requirements •Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures•Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)•Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task•MS Excel•Experience with Quick Books•High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus| | ||Additional Notes: This position reports to the HR/Accounting Department
