To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our company.We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, processing payments, invoicing and closing sales orders, filing completed paperwork, confirming-scheduling & routing deliveries. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. You will be providing administrative support to our management & sales departments.Responsibilities:Assisting with the management of daily operational activitiesAnswering phones and responding to client requests and inquiriesMaintaining operational documents, reports, client records, and company databasesUpdate, and maintain relevant office proceduresDrafting and E-mailing customer correspondence, memos and letters and distribute them appropriatelyProviding administrative support to other departments or projects as neededOrganizing and scheduling truck runs for daily deliveriesCreate and maintain an organized filing systemAddress and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitudeQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferredPrevious experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar positionUnderstanding of basic bookkeeping principlesExcellent computer skills and knowledge of Google, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPointHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projectsMust be able to speak Spanish
