If after reviewing, you are interested in learning more about this, or other opportunities, please apply with your updated resume ASAP.Important to have: Themed entertainment, show installation and engineering or facility design Position Summary The Senior Integrated Project Controls Scheduler provides comprehensive planning and scheduling leadership across complex, multi-disciplinary development projects. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master schedules that align design, procurement, production, installation, and construction activities. The position supports large-scale facility and experiential development projects, ensuring schedule integrity, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The role reports to Project Controls leadership and works closely with project management, engineering, construction, creative, and vendor teams. Key Responsibilities Schedule Development & Integration Develop and maintain detailed life-cycle and integrated master schedules using Primavera P6Translate project scope, strategy documents, and design deliverables into executable schedule logicIntegrate multiple disciplines including design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and constructionEstablish milestones, key dates, and reporting structures aligned with contractual requirementsSupport bid package development with schedule specifications and milestone definitions Project Controls & Performance Monitoring Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and schedule health assessmentsMonitor progress, analyze variances, and develop recovery/mitigation plansConduct earned value analysis (EVM) where requiredDevelop manpower and commodity/resource loading plansProduce progress curves and forecast analyses Field & Stakeholder Coordination Conduct planning workshops, pull planning sessions, and coordination meetingsPerform site walks to validate schedule progress and field conditionsCollaborate with general contractors, design teams, and specialty vendorsEnsure adherence to scheduling standards, policies, and reporting protocols Reporting & Executive Communication Prepare schedule dashboards, management reports, and executive presentationsCommunicate risk exposure and mitigation strategies to project leadershipProvide integrated schedule visibility across all scopes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)5-10 years of experience in engineering, construction planning, or integrated project schedulingAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6Strong Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling experienceExperience supporting large-scale facility construction projects (e.g., hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, retail, or entertainment facilities)Experience working with major general contractorsField experience and ability to perform site walksExperience with pull planning / collaborative planning methodologiesStrong analytical and reporting skillsAbility to integrate multiple project scopes into a single master schedule Preferred Qualifications Experience with complex experiential, themed, or specialty installation projectsBackground in facility design or engineering coordinationWorking knowledge of earned value management (EVM)Resource loading and cost/schedule integration experienceExperience supporting production, installation, or technical systems integrationStrong visual presentation skills and ability to communicate schedule data graphically What's In It For You?
