Location: 6 Baxter St., Quincy, MAHours/week: Up to 8 hours per week; primarily on SaturdaysExemption: Non-exemptPay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourstarting pay varies depending on experience and qualifications The Program Assistant is responsible for facilitating group rentals of the gym and other designated spaces, primarily on Saturdays, ensuring proper use of facilities and readiness of the building for Sunday programming. This job description is not all inclusive.  It is intended to identify the essential duties of the position.  Other duties, responsibilities and tasks may be assigned. Duties & Responsibilities:Open and close the building for rental groupsMonitor rental groups to ensure proper use of facilities and address questions or concernsEnsure rental groups clean up after use of facilitiesInspect the building for Sunday readiness and perform janitorial tasks as neededEnsure rental groups have access to necessary suppliesPerform additional duties as assigned to support successful group rentals and maintain facility readiness QUALIFICATIONS Education Requirements:High School Diploma preferred Work Experience:Previous experience in customer service or custodial work preferred Other Qualifications: Punctuality and reliability are essential Ability to communicate effectively with group leaders and facility users Ability to work independently and follow instructions Physical Requirements  The physical requirements described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
