Clinical Nurse (RN)

A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Queens. About the Opportunity: Shift: Days, Evenings, or Nights Schedule: Monday to Friday (every other weekend required) Hours: 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am Setting: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility Responsibilities: Administering and documenting resident care Assigning and supervising LPN/CNA workflow Conducting shift rounds and addressing patient needs Implementing physician orders & therapeutic treatments Participating in care plan development and revisions Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 1+ year of Nursing experience Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in Long-term Care settings Supervisory skills Strong leadership abilities Excellent communication skills Adaptability in high-pressure environments Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Ventilator experience Experience with high-acuity residents
