Essential ResponsibilitiesLead sales using our 5-Step Sales Method while coaching your team to sell memberships & productsProvide exceptional guest service to maximize satisfactionRecruit, hire, train, schedule, and provide shift coverage as neededEnsure proper opening/closing procedures with adequate staffingProcess bi-monthly payroll accuratelyEnforce company policies to improve sales & service performanceOversee safety compliance and adherence to customer service standards, legal requirements, and industry best practicesMeet financial goals through smart scheduling and purchasing decisionsMaintain a clean, well-kept spa and ensure equipment upkeep (including re-lamping)Manage inventory and supplies, restocking as neededSupport local marketing & advertising effortsRepresent the Soleil Tans brand in all employee, guest, and community interactionsParticipate in leadership huddles and company-wide meetingsâ RequirementsMinimum 3 years of proven sales or retail management experienceAvailability for 30–40 hours per week, including weekendsStrong organizational & time-management skillsHands-on leader willing to do what it takes to get the job doneExcellent communication skills with the ability to motivate & lead a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Applications?
