In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with Autism. Your primary focus will be to implement behavioral therapy techniques, collect data on client progress, and support the overall development of each individual in a positive and nurturing environment.Job DescriptionProvide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settingsImplement behavior intervention plans and teaching strategies as developed by a BCBACollect accurate data on client progress during each sessionMaintain clear and timely documentationFollow ethical guidelines and safety protocolsParticipate in team meetings, training, and supervisionQualifications: Required:High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)Reliable transportation and punctualityStrong communication skillsPassion for working with children and individuals with developmental disabilitiesPreferred:Current RBT certification (or willingness to complete certification)Experience with ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral healthBachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related fieldSchedule:Part-timeFlexible scheduling (weekday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays preferred)Why Join Us?Positive, supportive team cultureMeaningful work that directly impacts familiesComprehensive training and mentoringCareer advancement opportunities in ABAPay: Hourly- $19 to $21 an hour
