As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young children while teaching them the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Lead and instruct gymnastics classes in Torrance for children ages 3 to 12 years oldImplement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progressionProvide a safe and positive learning environment for all studentsCommunicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progressAssist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activitiesRequirements:Prior experience coaching gymnastics, children's sports or working with children in a similar settingKnowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work either evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day at the Torrance locationPassion for working with children and helping them reach their full potentialAbout Us:The Little Gym was originally founded in 1976 and The Little Gym of Torrance has been providing fun and engaging gymnastics classes for children for over 19 years.
