Diazyme uses its proprietary enzyme technologies to develop diagnostic reagents which can be used on most automated chemistry analyzers in user-friendly formats. Their products include test kits for diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, liver disease, cancer markers, renal disease, diabetes, and electrolytes.Under general supervision, this position supports the Operations department by performing a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include creating, reviewing, editing, maintaining, and processing files, as well as compiling confidential and sensitive reports, records, statistics, timelines, tables, correspondence, and presentations in both electronic and hard copy formats. This role requires tact and discretion in handling sensitive information. The position also provides data and information that may require scientific or technical understanding or interpretation. Detailed instructions will be provided for new tasks or special assignments.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates, edits, and reviews Microsoft Word documents and Excel logs that require a basic understanding of administrative functions. Gathers, collects, records, tracks, and documents data and information from multiple departmental sources. Coordinates project review, routing, and final approval of documents in both print and electronic formats. Tracks project progress in logs and may report on the status of work assignments and projects. Maintains and updates a variety of confidential and sensitive reports and records in electronic and/or hard copy form. Assists the Manager with travel requests, expense reporting, and the coordination of internal and external meetings. Responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations whenever conducting business on behalf of the Company. Expected to work safely and in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
