Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Photographer to join our team on a full-time basis. The Senior Photographer will be responsible for leading a team of photographers and ensuring the delivery of top-notch photography services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating stunning images. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of photographers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality images - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to photographers to help them improve their skills - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for photo shoots - Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored - Oversee the editing and post-production process to ensure timely delivery of images to clients - Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide recommendations for photography packages - Maintain a strong understanding of current photography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our services - Travel with the cruise ship to various destinations and capture images of guests and events - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on board the ship Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in photography or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional photographer - Extensive knowledge of photography equipment and editing software - Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Willingness to travel and work on a cruise ship for extended periods of time - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and lighting Working Place:Miami Beach, Florida, United States
