Job Full Description Assembly Production $16.00 per hour Schedule 5:30 a.m. - 3:30pm p.m., Monday - Thursday Location: Marietta Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Candidates in this area will rotate between three areas: Bagging, Degassing and Oven, trimming/QC. All new hires start out in the the style and product area learning the different mold and bag sizes where to pull them from. Bagging area- Straws are placed in bag, they are stretched and locked down into the mold paying attention to the seam lines. Mold is closed and given to the pumping line. Degassers/Oven: when the mold comes back from the pump line they are degassed- bubbles smoothed out-cleaned any pulling or stretching and locked back in mold and placed in the ovens to set the mold size and shape. Trimming/Qc: Here molds are taken from the oven inspected and trimmed. Each area a person is in for roughly 1 1/2 hours.
