Examples of DutiesOpening and closing the facility like a pro (yes, you get the keys) Helping set up and break down for special events and tournaments Supervising Event Assistants and making sure the team is on point Greeting guests and giving them the info they need Keeping an eye on the building-making sure everyone's safe and following the rules Handling light cleaning and maintenance to keep the space fresh Reporting any issues or repair needs to full-time staff Responding to emergencies with calm and confidence Experience and TrainingYou're in high school or recently graduated You've got a high school diploma or 6+ months of sports/event experience You're responsible, reliable, and ready to lead You're CPR/AED/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified within 60 days) You're a great communicator and love helping people You're cool under pressure and know how to keep things organized Ready to Run the Show?
