This position leads delivery strategy, fleet oversight, warehouse coordination, and team performance to ensure timely delivery to retail and wholesale customers. You'll oversee delivery drivers and logistics staff, design and adjust delivery networks as demand evolves, and help create scalable systems that support growth across locations. Success in this role requires operational thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Design and manage delivery networks that support safe, timely, and efficient product distribution Oversee fleet operations across multiple locations, including maintenance tracking, service levels, and performance metrics Lead, coach, and develop delivery drivers and logistics team members Coordinate driver schedules, routes, delivery windows, and warehouse hours to meet operational needs Ensure inventory is received, tracked, manifested, and transferred accurately in accordance with state requirements Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and vault accuracy Collaborate with sales, production, and lab teams to ensure smooth inventory flow between departments Support preparation of manifests and delivery documentation Monitor and support Logistics Coordinators in daily operational tasks Partner with accounting to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing Conduct ongoing process improvements to ensure logistics strategies remain scalable as demand grows Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume or high-pressure situations while setting a positive tone for the team Leadership & Collaboration This role requires someone who can lead from the front and build strong partnerships across teams. The Logistics Supervisor is expected to: Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadership Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving Support and train new team members by sharing best practices Balance operational demands while keeping team morale and performance strong Education & Experience Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of experience leading daily logistics or delivery operations Experience managing warehouse operations, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracy Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Professional communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license or state-issued ID required Ability to meet NJ cannabis affiliation requirements Experience working in highly regulated environments preferred Work Environment & Physical Expectations On-site role supporting operational facilities Requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasional push/pull demands Exposure to warehouse and cultivation environments, including natural aromas and operational noise PPE is provided and expected when required
