The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the flow of materials, tools, and supplies for company operations and project sites. This role ensures materials are ordered, received, stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently to support operational and production needs. The Logistics Coordinator may oversee and direct the work of Inventory Specialists and plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, resolving material issues, and improving inventory-related processes. Coordinate the ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and supplies Track inbound and outbound shipments, verifying accuracy, condition, and documentation Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock Prepare, process, and track purchase orders Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments Conduct and coordinate regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of warehouses and storage areas Maintain working knowledge of materials and tools used on assigned projects Coordinate and direct the daily activities of Inventory Specialists, as applicable Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to streamline inventory operations Complete required safety training and adhere to all safety standards Maintain filing and documentation related to inventory and logistics activities Perform additional duties as assigned We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
