We're hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Leaders or a wide range of outpatient and ambulatory opportunities across multiple locations. Locations Hiring Multiple outpatient/ambulatory locations across the region Opportunities vary by practice, specialty, and schedule Outpatient Settings We Support: Primary Care and Family Medicine Medical and Surgical Specialty Practices (e.g., cardiology, GI, ortho, neuro, pulm) Women's health / OB-GYN Oncology / infusion services (as applicable) Ambulatory procedural areas (as applicable) Urgent care / same-day services (as applicable) What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time, part-time, per diem options Monday through Friday schedule, no weekend rotations Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement) Tuition assistance and growth pathways Team-based care model and supportive practice leadership Many roles offer weekday schedules with limited weekends/holidays (varies by site) What You Will Do As an Outpatient RN, you will: Conduct focused assessments, triage, and care coordination in a clinic setting Support providers with in-office procedures and patient flow Administer medications and treatments per orders and scope Provide patient education, follow-up guidance, and care plan reinforcement Coordinate referrals, testing, and continuity of care Document accurately and maintain compliance with clinic protocols Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care that supports patient access and outcomes Collaborate with providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams Support population health efforts and chronic disease management where applicable Ensure adherence to infection prevention, safety, and documentation standards Qualifications Current New York State RN license in good standing Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program Bachelor's degree in nursing required for Nurse Leadership positions Strong communication, organization, and patient education skills Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-volume clinic environment Preferred (Not Required) Outpatient, ambulatory, or specialty practice experience Telephone triage and care coordination experience Experience with EMR documentation and patient portal workflows Ready to Apply? Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
