Job Description Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, rebuilding rotating systems, and supporting safe plant operations? We're looking for a mechanically strong team member - and while welding experience is not required, it would be highly beneficial in this role. Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay Range: $29.26 - $31.21 per hour (based on experience, skills and qualifications) Performance Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and more What You'll Do Perform plant troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations. Rebuild and align rotating equipment, including pumps and other mechanical systems. Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain detailed equipment files. Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory and keep maintenance shop and storage areas clean and organized. Assist in developing and improving plant maintenance procedures. Troubleshoot and mitigate plant process issues in partnership with operations. If experienced, support fabrication and equipment repair using Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding techniques on stainless steel and carbon steel. Complete HAZWOPER training and properly contain, clean, package and label hazardous waste in compliance with OSHA, EPA, RCRA, HM-126 and DOT regulations. QualificationsWhat You'll Bring: • High School Diploma or GED is required • A strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills • Experience in plant maintenance (pumps, tank agitators, conveyors, elevators) preferred. • Welding experience with stainless steel and carbon steel using Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), and/or MIG (GMAW) is highly preferred but not required. • Strong mathematical and analytical skills. • Basic knowledge of chemistry is a plus. • Ability to communicate professionally with team members at all levels. • Computer proficiency, including MS Office and SAP. • Knowledge of HAZWOPER, OSHA, PSM, RCRA and DOT regulations preferred. • Willingness to work an 8-hour day shift (with weekends/overtime as needed) or 12-hour rotating swing shift (days/nights/weekends/holidays as scheduled; training on 8-hour schedule) • Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely and walk up to ¼ mile throughout the workday.
