Electrical Project Manager/Estimator

Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator (Electrical) Location: Southwest Twin Cities Metro, MN Employment Type: Full-Time I'm currently representing a growing commercial electrical contractor in the Southwest Twin Cities metro that is looking to add a Project Manager / Estimator to their team. This hire is being made to increase internal capacity and support continued growth. The role will work closely with ownership and play a hands-on part in both managing active projects and supporting estimating efforts. Responsibilities: Oversee multiple commercial electrical projects ranging from $50K-$2M Assist with estimating, bidding, and project handoff Coordinate with field teams, clients, and vendors Manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and change orders Support day-to-day operational and office needs Ideal Background: 3-8+ years of project management and/or estimating experience in construction Electrical background preferred (but not required) Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Organized, proactive, and team-oriented This is a solid opportunity for someone looking to take on a visible role within a growing operation and work directly with company leadership.
