Inbound Sales Representative - Appointment Setter

This position serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and plays a key role in driving company revenue by qualifying leads and scheduling in-home water consultations for our sales team. What You'll Do Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries Qualify leads and schedule in-home water consultations Enter and manage customer information in our CRM Assist multiple departments with accurate data entry and tracking Help drive install volume and overall company growth Deliver a professional and positive customer experience This role directly impacts company sales performance and customer experience across all offices. Compensation Base Pay:$20.00 per hour Paid biweekly Commission:$20.00 per confirmed install resulting from appointments you set Paid in the pay period the install is completed Expected Earnings: With consistent performance and growth in the role, total compensation typically ranges from $45,000 - $56,000 per year (base + commission).
