Job Summary: As a Lead Press Feeder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Press Operator by ensuring that our operations meet high standards in product quality, productivity, maintenance, and safety. Basic Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED/HiSET is required. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential. Ability to maintain pace in a high-speed production environment while standing for long shifts. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Strong commitment to safe and productive work practices. Excellent attendance and reliability are required. Willingness to work mandatory overtime as necessary. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently. Frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching are required. Occasional climbing, kneeling, and crawling might be needed. Good visual acuity and manual dexterity are important. Required to wear hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes. Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - 36 hours/week Overtime is paid at time and a half after 36 hours! Enjoy a shift differential for day shift hours!
