We don't just make products; we mold them. The Role: The Power Behind the Mold This isn't your average assembly line job. As a Production Mold Presser, you are the engine of our facility. You will be using your strength and precision to press raw clay into molds, ensuring every piece is packed perfectly and ready for the kiln. What you'll be doing: The Press: Using upper body strength and hand pressure to pack clay into intricate molds. The Detail: Inspecting every mold to ensure the clay is seamless and perfect. The Heavy Lift: Regularly moving and lifting materials up to 50lbs. The Grind: Working a physically demanding shift that keeps you moving from start to finish.
