Are you ready to make a difference and join a highly regarded dental team?The Ideal Candidate: Friendly and compassionate Loves working with patients to help achieve their smile goals Job Duties May Include: Screen patients: review health history, check oral health, perform cancer screening, charting, and take vitals Take digital X-rays Follow office protocols for infection control, emergencies, referrals, and treatment programs Perform cleanings using cavitron/prophy jet Apply sealants and fluoride Take impressions for study models Educate patients on oral hygiene, brushing/flossing techniques, and nutrition Keep work area clean and sterile Support patients with compassion and clear communication Complete dental charting including restorations, decay, perio charting, and documentation Build positive relationships with patients and staff Restock supplies and maintain equipment Manage recall system Use dental software and basic computer functions Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements: Must have IL RDH License About Smile Partners Recruitment: Smile Partners Recruitment is the exclusive recruiting partner for a network of independent neighborhood practices and boutique groups located throughout Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Alabama, Colorado, and Ohio.
