THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: As part of Ulta's Financial Planning & Analysis team, the FP&A Manager, Digital will provide financial insights and leadership that inform strategic and operational decisions to drive the financial results and future of Ulta's digital business. The manager will partner with the eCommerce, Digital and enterprise-wide teams to support the creation, launch, and growth of strategic initiatives within Ulta's digital ecosystem. In addition, this manager will partner with the digital leadership team to manage the investment and tools necessary to support the digital business. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Lead the Ulta Beauty Marketplace GMV and P&L budget, forecast, and close processes, including alignment and consolidation of key deliverables across internal stakeholders and teams Lead the digital FP&A support of future digital and enterprise initiatives through ROI analysis, project planning, and effective forecasting to identify strategic digital growth and value realization opportunities Collaborate and build partnership with Consumer Tech and the Transformation Office to enhance holistic understanding and measurement of initiatives' investment and resulting impact on the business Develop and roll out tools and reporting that provide insights into the business and improve productivity Lead the Digital team's overhead process, including alignment and consolidation of key deliverables across the various digital teams and stakeholders Lead one direct report, helping them execute their analyst role and aiding in their professional development THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field, MBA a plus 6-8 years of professional financial experience in retail or CPG Advanced analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret, communicate findings, and make recommendations Financial modeling experience required; executive presentation experience preferred Experienced in creating new processes and implementing across cross-functional partners to deliver desired results Ability to influence decision makers with financial analyses & interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and in collaborative manner cross-functionally Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Innate inquisitiveness relative to process workings and financial results Knowledge of financial processes and internal controls Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, Business Intelligence systems is helpful #LI-JB2 #LI-HYBRID The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $138,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
