Samples Coordinator

Disguise is on the lookout for an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Temporary Samples Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the samples manager, in the transfer of goods to be used in the fulfillment of sample requests, for our sales reps and account services. Preparing samples according to requesters instructions which may include quality control, ironing/steaming, hanging, bagging, and packing the samples for shipment, in a fashion which represents the best quality of the Disguise products. Maintaining & organizing inventory of work order supplies, boxes, tape, bags, and hangers. Monitoring and following up with each sample request and ensure timely delivery. Maintain organization of the warehouse by continuously updating/rotating with the latest samples. Required Skills: Ability to understand and distinguish and implement all the different QC requirements for each retailer as noted in the sample request. Must show strong communication skills whether verbal or written, formal or informal to maintain a smooth transfer of information between departments & sales. Flexibility with regards to workload and tasks. Ability to shift gears through a variety of job demands and sometimes urgent requests. Ability to work in a high volume, fast pace, and multiple deadline environment, which may change without prior notice. Must be able to lift 30lbs. Candidate must show excellent sense of memory and note taking. The ideal candidate would have experience in retail store merchandising, re-stocking, fulfillment warehouse, the garment industry, or related fields. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Written English language is a must. Computer -Basics in Microsoft Office, email, Inventory software knowledge is a plus.
