The Essentials: Pay: Up to $36/hr (Direct Hire) Schedule: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Thursday) Weekends: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off! Core Responsibilities: Systems Expert: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Operational Safety: Ensure equipment is production-ready and safe; test all repairs for effectiveness. Maintenance & Improvement: Perform PMs, document tasks, and lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance: Follow EHS, ISO, Food Safety, and GMP standards; conduct Risk Assessments (NRTHA). Requirements: Proven industrial maintenance experience. Ensure all equipment is safe operating condition before returning equipment to production staff control. Test effectiveness of all repairs. Perform all preventative maintenance. Actively participate in the continous improvement of facility, equipment, and prodecures. Document task completion in accordance with department standards. Communicate all changes and all important information to the Manager or Lead. Troubleshoot and make repairs to electrical systems. Insure that all work centers adhere to 5S discipline. Fabricate equipment or components in a manner compliant with Management of Change stadards. Follow and enfore all applcable Enviroment, health and Safety, ISO, Food Safety and GMP policies and procedures. Report unsafe conditions and behaviors Risk Assessment and NRTHA (Non-routine task hazard analysis) Maintenance experience required, must be able to competently operate automation, assembly and molding equipment.
